Yes, Realtors in Fredonia work from a collective northern Arizona Multiple Listing Service and cooperate with one another in showing and selling listed properties. ( search MLS ) When you want to see properties we show you everything listed with all companies.

If I see a sign from another company, can I call my Adobe agent?

What are my closing costs ?

As a buyer, your closing cost are minimal, usually approx. $200. Seller is usually responsible for title insurance & commission. Your closing costs associated with your loan are different from your closing costs charged by the title company. Check with your lender on loan related issues.

What is a limited agent?

The same agent representing the buyer and seller. This is typical in our area. It's impossible to avoid in the limited agency issue in Kane County because all agents often end up selling properties listed with their own company.

Do you offer any lease option properties?

No. Adobe Real Estate Group - Coldwell Banker Realty does manage between 45-50 rental properties and our property management team will assist you in finding a rental. Lease options are rare. Occasionally a seller will do owner financing or allow you to rent prior to closing, but it is uncommon to find a "lease option"
